Our September Holiday Workshops are open to current Dance Energy students AND new friends, so feel free to share with anyone who would love to join us.
Places are deliberately limited across both days so our teachers can give students plenty of individual attention, support progression and make sure everyone gets the most out of each workshop.
Bookings are essential and places are expected to fill quickly.

Join Miss Millie for a series of focused Acro workshops designed to help
dancers build confidence, strengthen technique and work towards new
skills in a supportive environment.
Miss Millie is a highly skilled acrobat and experienced dance teacher with
training through Acrobatic Arts Modules 1 & 2 and a Certificate IV in
Dance Teaching and Business Management. We love seeing her share her
technical knowledge, progressions and love of Acro with our students.
MAROOCHYDORE
MONDAY 28th SEPTEMBER
8:30–9:15am — Acro + Circus Tricks > Prep–Grade 2
A fun introduction to acro and circus-style skills, building confidence through balances, rolls, shapes and beginner tricks.
9:20–10:20am — Acro Level Up > Grades 3–5
Extend current acro skills through focused technique, strength, flexibility and progressions designed to help dancers level up.
10:25–11:25am — Aerials + Advanced Tricks > Grade 5+
An extension workshop focused on side and front aerials, advanced trick progressions and higher-level acro skills. A strong cartwheel is required, with front and back walkovers recommended.
11:30am–12:30pm — Tumbling + Back Handsprings > Grade 5+
An advanced tumbling workshop building power, technique and confidence through back handspring progressions, connected tumbling and higher-level skills. Solid acro foundations and walkovers are recommended.

2:45–3:45pm — Acro Level Up > Grades 3–5

CREATIVE HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS WITH MISS BELLA + MISS ZOE
📍Caloundra only
$10 per child
Our emerging teachers Miss Bella and Miss Zoe are hosting two special creative workshops at Caloundra!
Designed to be fun, active and welcoming, these workshops combine dance, beginner acro, creative movement, foundational dance steps and craft in a relaxed school-holiday environment.
9:30–10:45am — FAIRY FUN > Prep–Grade 2
A magical fairy-themed workshop filled with fun dance styles, beginner acro, creative movement and simple craft. All set to whimsical, fairy-inspired music with a focus on foundational dance steps, confidence and lots of fun.
$10 per child
11:00am–12:15pm — ALL ABOARD CRUISE ADVENTURE >Grades 3–6
A high-energy cruise-themed workshop combining dance styles, acro, creative challenges and craft, with plenty of movement, performance fun and foundational technique inspired by our All Aboard! concert storyline.

Please register for an account with Studio Pro. If it shows that you already have an account, simply reset your password and log in. Once logged in, go to Register > Classes and you’ll see the workshop location and time options listed under ‘All Locations’.
If you’re new to DE:
Create a new account, add both your details and your child’s details, then go to Register > Classes. The workshop location and time options will appear under ‘All Locations’.

Workshop passes are non-refundable. We know sickness can pop up unexpectedly, so thank you for understanding.

This is a drop-off workshop and parents are not required to stay onsite. Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting areas, but won’t be permitted in the classroom due to safety throughout the workshops.
