Photo Day Information
Times & Location
The times listed for each session are based on the number of costumes, allowing students enough time to change and have their photos taken without feeling rushed. If your child is in 5 dances but only wants photos in 3 costumes, that’s completely fine! You can simply book and pay for the 3-costume session.
For sibling photos, just book 2 individual sessions (one for each child), and we’ll make sure to capture a sibling photo within that time frame.
Payment
Payment is required upfront in advance. The best photos will be selected per costume, professionally edited, and delivered to parents. You can expect one close-up (shoulders and head) and one full-length (dance pose or shot)photo per costume.
What to Bring
Please bring all costumes, hairpieces, and any props you need. If you haven't received notification that your costumes are ready for collection prior, they will be available for collection on the day, so please arrive early to ensure you have time to pick them up. Don’t forget hairspray for touch-ups and extra makeup if needed. All parents must remain on-site to supervise their children and are responsible for taking them home after their session.
Viewing Photos
Once edited, photos will be emailed to parents via a Google Drive folder in digital format.
Arrival Time
Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early, with hair and makeup completed, to avoid delays. Once you arrive, please get dressed into your first costume. Senior students wanting dance style poses are encouraged to warm up beforehand so they are prepared. We will be running to a tight time schedule, so if you are late, we may not be able to fit you in.
EASE FOR PARENTS
This year, we’re taking photos in-house and offering individual booking sessions to best suit parents' availability. If you don’t want photos, you don’t need to attend the rehearsal. We’re working hard to simplify the concert experience for everyone!

The cost depends on how many costumes you want photographed. You will pay upfront when booking, and the session time and number of photos will reflect the number of costumes.

1 costume = 3 photos = $30 {$10 each}
2 costumes = 2 photos each costume (4 total) = $38 {9.50 each)
3 costumes = 2 photos per costume (6 total) = $54 {9 each}
4 costumes = 2 photos per costume (8 total) = $68 {$8.50 each}
5 or more = 2 photos per costume (10 +) = $80 -
No, if you choose not to have photos, you don't need to attend. We’ve structured photo day to give you flexibility and simplify the concert experience!
